Overview:
Sunbeam Solar's field reps were closing fewer deals than they should because their iPad app crashed at customer sites and couldn't generate quotes without cell coverage. The brief: rebuild the app on React Native with offline-first architecture and live Zoho CRM sync.
Approach:
Helios designed an offline-first React Native app with SQLite local cache, conflict resolution on sync, and full PDF quote generation on-device. Background sync to Zoho CRM via Zoho Flow webhook. iPad-first UI with photo capture for roof measurements and DocuSign for in-home signatures.
