Patriot Erectors — Zoho One rollout across 100+ jobsites

Overview:

Patriot Erectors runs structural steel erection across 100+ active jobsites in Texas. Their ops team juggled three disconnected systems — QuickBooks, a paper-based jobsite tracker, and a spreadsheet for inventory. Month-end close took two weeks. Field foremen had no real-time visibility.

Approach:

Helios deployed the full Zoho One stack in 12 weeks: Zoho CRM for client/project tracking, Zoho Books for finance, Zoho Inventory for steel-on-hand by jobsite, Zoho Desk for change-order tickets, and Zoho Creator for the custom field app foremen use daily. 14 Zoho Flow automations handle PO approvals, jobsite-to-finance syncs, change-order routing, and weekly safety reports.

Outcome:

The ops team saved 30 hours a week of manual data shuffling. Patriot has since added two more entities to the same Zoho One instance.
